You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. SMS Terms of Service

Opt-In: By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from MYMB LLC. This includes SMS messages for appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling coordination, customer care, and follow-up on inbound inquiries.

5. User Obligations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by MYMB LLC, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of MYMB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYMB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MYMB LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
